The Challenge: Take Command!

Being an early stage startup, Idiom Technologies aggressively markets to early adopters of GMS technologies to build its sales pipeline. Because Idiom's telesales department is responsible for nearly one-third of its overall business, it is critical that these reps target the right audience and that they increase the number of cold calls in order to improve their conversion rates. By implementing Basho One: "Take Command of Your Territory" Idiom's reps learned how to both uncover new lead sources, and dramatically improve their lead analysis techniques. Together, these skills enabled the reps to uncover and seize quality leads in an easier and more formalized fashion.

With increased numbers and improved lead analysis, Idiom's reps also needed to improve their phone and email techniques in order to create compelling "personal connections" with their prospects. With Basho Two: "Action is Power," the Idiom team learned how to gain immediate access to power through phone, email, and letter.
